Theodore Rex, Chef Justin Yu’s flagship restaurant, is relaxed fine dining located in the heart of Houston’s warehouse district. It serves simple seasonally-focused European cuisine with nuances of Chinese cuisine in an elegant, edgy setting. 
 

Theodore Rex sits in the same space where Justin initially made his mark at Oxheart Restaurant, where his work garnered him a James Beard Award in 2016. While changing its name and moving to an a la carte format, Theodore Rex garnered at 4-star review from the Houston Chronicle while continuing to impress the national press. The 28-seat restaurant aims to be one of the best, if not the very best restaurant in Houston.
